The Power of Laughter
Laughter is a powerful form of anxiety and stress relief. Laughing makes you naturally perform the Physiological Sigh, the Voo Breath together involuntarily.
Ever heard someone who is laughing so much they say “I cant breath.” Your eyes start watering as when someone is very happy and this releases powerful endorphins and oxytocin into the brain. The Vagus Nerve is highly stimulated calming the sympathetic nervous system down immediately People who laugh often say “ I thought my sides were going to split” showing that all your internal organs are getting stimulated.
